What began as a husband-and-wife team in Alameda County has grown into one of the Bay Area’s most trusted janitorial and day porter service providers. Founded in 2014 by Manny and Jo, PorterEdge Facility Services was built with a simple mission: to provide reliable, consistent, and professional facility support tailored to the everyday needs of commercial properties.

From that very first property—an apartment complex in San Leandro—we’ve grown our operations based on client trust, staff accountability, and a hands-on approach. Today, we serve hundreds of commercial sites across the Bay Area, including San Jose, San Francisco, Oakland, Walnut Creek, Palo Alto, and everywhere in between.
