Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Summary:

This full-time role supports high-end office buildings with consistent daytime cleaning, customer interaction, and immediate response to cleaning needs. Cleanliness must be maintained to Class A standards throughout the day.

Primary Duties:

• Maintain lobby cleanliness, polish glass, sanitize high-touch areas

• Monitor and restock restroom supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)

• Sweep and mop entrance walkways and elevator areas

• Clean breakrooms, meeting rooms, and copy rooms throughout the shift

• Empty and reline trash and recycling bins

• Provide timely responses to tenant cleaning requests or minor spills

• Identify and report plumbing, lighting, or janitorial issues promptly

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of commercial janitorial or day porter experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to walk and stand for long periods

• Must pass background check and eligibility verification

• Basic English proficiency required; bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

2. Evening Janitor – Business Parks & Office Complexes

Schedule: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM | Monday through Saturday

Summary:

This position involves thorough after-hours cleaning of business suites and common areas in multi-tenant commercial facilities.

Primary Duties:

• Dust and vacuum office spaces, cubicles, and shared corridors

• Mop tile and laminate floors in lobbies and breakrooms

• Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, urinals, sinks, partitions)

• Collect and dispose of trash, recycling, and compost

• Clean breakroom counters, sinks, and appliance surfaces

• Lock doors and set alarms at end of shift if required

Qualifications:

• 6+ months janitorial experience in a commercial setting

• Comfortable working unsupervised and following checklists

• Familiar with green or EPA-compliant cleaning solutions

• Must be physically able to bend, kneel, and carry up to 40 lbs

3. Janitor – Medical Office Buildings & Clinics

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM | Weekdays + rotating weekends

Summary:

Assigned to outpatient clinics, dental offices, and medical suites, this position requires adherence to strict sanitation and confidentiality protocols.

Primary Duties:

• Clean and disinfect exam rooms, reception areas, labs, and restrooms

• Empty and replace red bag medical waste and sharps bins (where trained)

• Disinfect high-touch areas: waiting room chairs, door handles, counters

• Clean floors with approved disinfectant mops or auto-scrubbers

• Track cleaning activities in compliance logs for audits

Qualifications:

• 1+ year janitorial experience in a medical or controlled environment

• Familiarity with CDC, OSHA, and HIPAA cleaning practices preferred

• Must wear PPE (mask, gloves, goggles) as required

• COVID-19 vaccination required by most clients

• Attention to biohazard safety and cleaning documentation is critical

4. Janitorial Site Supervisor – Commercial & Multifamily Portfolios

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM (On-call flexibility preferred)

Summary:

This is a leadership role overseeing multiple porters/janitors at commercial sites and apartment buildings. The supervisor ensures all areas meet client expectations, manages supply inventory, and handles team accountability.

Primary Duties:

• Assign daily tasks and adjust crew schedules as needed

• Perform quality assurance checks using digital inspection tools

• Communicate with property managers regarding service requests

• Mentor new staff and enforce cleaning protocols and safety

• Handle escalations or emergency cleaning issues onsite

• Submit reports and maintain incident logs

Qualifications:

• 2+ years commercial janitorial experience, 1+ year of team leadership

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

• Basic smartphone/computer literacy for report submissions

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred

5. Day Porter – Multifamily Apartments & Senior Communities

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Summary:

Maintain common areas and grounds in large apartment complexes, affordable housing, and senior housing communities.

Primary Duties:

• Clean and restock restrooms in common areas

• Wipe handrails, elevator buttons, and mailroom counters

• Sweep breezeways, stairwells, and laundry rooms

• Clean trash enclosure areas and monitor for illegal dumping

• Notify property management of vandalism, graffiti, or maintenance needs

Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in multifamily or commercial janitorial work

• Comfortable working outdoors and indoors

• Must pass background check (senior properties may require fingerprinting)

• Able to lift 30+ lbs and work on feet for 8 hours

• English proficiency required

6. Overnight Floor Technician – Commercial Clients

Schedule: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM | Flexible weekdays/weekends

Summary:

Responsible for deep floor care across commercial and multifamily buildings using specialized equipment.

Primary Duties:

• Strip, wax, and burnish hard floors (VCT, tile, vinyl)

• Shampoo and extract carpet in lobbies and hallways

• Operate walk-behind and ride-on scrubbers

• Apply slip-resistant treatments as needed

• Maintain and clean all machines after use

Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in floor care; must know proper pad selection, finish curing times

• Comfortable working late night shifts alone or with a small team

• Must be able to transport equipment (driver’s license preferred)

• Knowledge of floor safety compliance and chemical use required

7. Warehouse & Logistics Facility Janitor

Schedule: Swing or Night Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Summary:

Service industrial, logistics, and last-mile distribution facilities by maintaining a clean and hazard-free environment.

Primary Duties:

• Sweep large warehouse floors and remove debris from walkways

• Maintain restrooms, PPE stations, and breakrooms

• Remove and compact packaging waste and recyclables

• Refill hand sanitizer stations and restock cleaning supplies

• Monitor for spills or trip hazards

Qualifications:

• 6+ months industrial or warehouse janitorial experience

• Must follow safety rules including PPE and forklift zones

• Good stamina and ability to walk multiple miles during a shift

• Familiarity with sweepers or battery-operated scrubbers preferred

8. Trash & Recycling Porter – Multifamily Housing

Schedule: Early Morning Shift (4:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

Summary:

Critical role in managing trash flow and cleanliness of garbage areas in large apartment buildings.

Primary Duties:

• Collect trash from compactor rooms or bin closets across multiple floors

• Roll bins out to curb or designated collection zones

• Rinse, power wash, and disinfect trash enclosures

• Identify bulk waste or illegal dumping and report it

• Monitor for rodents or health hazards

Qualifications:

• Able to lift 50+ lbs and operate bin dollies and carts

• Reliable and punctual with early morning availability

• Previous porter experience in multifamily housing preferred

• Must be able to document tasks on checklist or mobile form

9. Restroom Attendant – Commercial Complexes & Shopping Centers

Schedule: Rotating Shifts, including weekends and holidays

Summary:

Maintain consistently clean and well-stocked public restrooms in busy commercial properties.

Primary Duties:

• Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, stalls, sinks, and floors

• Refill soap dispensers, paper towel units, toilet tissue

• Clean mirrors, counters, and waste bins

• Perform hourly walkthroughs and clean-ups

• Respond to urgent requests from security or site staff

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of janitorial or restroom cleaning experience

• Excellent attention to cleanliness and discretion in public areas

• Must be able to lift 25+ lbs and work on foot

• English proficiency required; bilingual is a plus

10. Event Cleanup Technician – On-Call, Weekends & Evenings

Schedule: As needed, typically 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Summary:

Support post-event cleaning for commercial tenants, including community rooms, courtyards, and indoor gathering spaces in apartment communities or business centers.

Primary Duties:

• Remove trash and reset rooms after tenant or community events

• Mop, vacuum, and clean windows and mirrors

• Deep clean kitchenettes or food service areas

• Clean restrooms and restock supplies

• Report any facility damage or issues

Qualifications:

• On-call flexibility and ability to work nights and weekends

• Prior janitorial experience in event or venue cleaning preferred

• Must be physically able to reset tables/chairs and clean large areas

• Friendly and presentable demeanor when interacting with property staff
