Onboarding & Getting Started

How quickly can we start service after a walkthrough?

Most contracts begin within 3–5 business days after approval. If staff clearances or special scheduling is needed, we’ll communicate timelines up front.

 

What’s involved in the initial walkthrough?

We assess all service areas, discuss your current challenges, document needs by zone, and note logistics like parking, entry access, and trash disposal.


Do you require a long-term commitment to begin?

No. We offer trial periods, short-term coverage, and flexible month-to-month terms for qualifying clients.


Will I get a detailed proposal?

Yes. All quotes include scope of work by zone, staffing plan, days/hours of coverage, pricing breakdown, supply responsibilities, and optional services.

Scope & Customization

Can your services be tailored by day, area, or season?

Yes. We customize schedules based on tenant traffic, leasing cycles, seasons (leaf drops, holidays), and event calendars.


Do you offer partial coverage for specific problem areas only?

Yes. We can assign porters to focus on restrooms, elevators, trash enclosures, or any zone.


What if I need just night janitorial or only day porters?

We offer both as standalones or combined, and we adjust staffing based on actual occupancy or usage patterns.


Can you handle recurring special tasks (e.g., monthly window cleaning)?

Yes. We can set up automatic task schedules for deep cleans, pressure washing, carpet care, etc.

Day Porter Services

What do your day porters typically do during their shift?

  • Restroom upkeep & restocking
  • Trash pickup and can relining
  • Litter patrol & cigarette butt cleanup
  • Spill response & entryway wiping
  • Glass door cleaning & fingerprint removal
  • Light bulb and air freshener replacement


Can your porter check in with our onsite staff daily?

Yes. We can require porters to check in/out with your team or use an app-based time log. Supervisors can also stop in for progress checks.


Do porters restock tenant supplies (paper towels, soap)?

Yes. We can manage, reorder, or restock your consumables if requested. You may supply materials, or we can include them in your invoice.

Night Janitorial Services

What’s included in your nightly janitorial scope?

  • Full restroom sanitation
  • Office vacuuming & dusting
  • Mop and sweep hard floors
  • Kitchen/breakroom cleaning
  • Disinfection of desks & doorknobs
  • Trash bin removal


What’s the difference between basic janitorial and deep cleaning?

Basic = maintenance cleaning.

Deep = full scrub, including behind/under furniture, baseboards, vents, grout, and windows.


Can we alternate janitorial days or adjust service frequency?

Yes. We can rotate days (e.g., M/W/F) or flex based on occupancy or use.

Staff Training, Vetting & Appearance

Are your team members background-checked and uniformed?

Yes. All employees undergo:

  • Background and reference checks
  • Ongoing training
  • Full uniforms with ID badges


Can I request bilingual or gender-specific staff?

Yes. We’ll do our best to accommodate language and sensitivity preferences for resident- or tenant-facing roles.


Security & Access Management

How do you handle keys, fobs, and alarms?

We document and track all access devices. Team leads are trained in alarm codes and lock/unlock procedures. We return devices immediately upon service termination.


What’s your process for high-security buildings?

We follow site-specific onboarding (badges, clearances, NDA compliance) and coordinate with your security vendor. Our staff can operate discreetly in public-facing areas.


How do you prevent theft or liability issues?

We assign trusted staff, use digital time logs, inspect work daily, and carry full liability and workers' comp insurance.


Quality Control & Reporting

How do you ensure quality stays consistent?

Will I get reports or inspection summaries?

Yes. We provide weekly or monthly summaries depending on your needs. We can also deliver photos and service logs during special cleaning.

Yes. We provide dedicated phone/email contacts, and you can submit requests through our portal or preferred app.

Emergency, Special Events & On-Demand Services

Can I book last-minute cleanup or overflow help?

Yes. We offer:

  • Power outage cleanup support


Do you provide emergency coverage during holidays or outages?

We maintain a standby team for urgent calls and weather-related service gaps, particularly for critical facilities like housing, airports, and clinics.


Can you support tenant move-outs and turnovers?

Yes. We specialize in apartment move-out cleaning, carpet and hard surface scrubbing, and trash-out services.


Billing, Insurance & Compliance

How do you price your services?

We offer:
